A Brief History of Gedikpasa Hammam
Gedikpasa Hammam was built in 1475 by the grand vizier Gedik Ahmed Pasha, to the design of the architect Mimar Hayrettin — only about two decades after the Ottoman conquest of Istanbul, which makes it one of the oldest hammams still in use in the city. Great massage and bath with amazing therapist. Fantastic professionals with amazing care and dedication to their profession. From the entrance you can tell that this is a traditional Hamam place. My therapist Afir was very nice ane did a marvelous job.
