1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Istanbul Hamam website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

Istanbul Hamam operates as a booking platform connecting users with partnered Turkish bath (hamam) venues in Istanbul. By making a booking through our site, you enter into an agreement with both Istanbul Hamam and the selected venue.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your experience, including date, time, venue, and booked services. Please keep this email as proof of your reservation.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience with no entitlement to a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Istanbul Hamam does not store your credit or debit card data. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Charges will appear on your bank statement as "Istanbul Hamam" or "ISTHAMAM".

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience time. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notification will be treated as a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.

Istanbul Hamam reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure or maintenance). In such cases, a full refund or alternative rescheduling will be offered.

5. The Hamam Experience

Turkish baths involve exposure to heat, steam, and water. By completing your booking, you confirm that you are in good health and do not suffer from any medical conditions that may be worsened by these conditions.

We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before booking if you have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other health condition that may be affected by heat exposure.

Each venue has its own rules and protocols. Please follow the instructions of the hamam staff during your visit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Istanbul Hamam operates as a booking platform and does not directly run the hamam venues. Each partnered hamam is responsible for delivering its services, maintaining the safety of its premises, and complying with local health regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Istanbul Hamam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from the experience at partnered venues.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Istanbul Hamam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content on this site is prohibited without prior written permission from Istanbul Hamam.

8. Changes to Terms

Istanbul Hamam reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
