Free Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Istanbul Hamam offers free cancellation on all bookings, giving you complete flexibility and peace of mind.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel anytime before your experience — receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Click the cancellation link included in your booking confirmation email.
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@istanbulhamam.com.

Please have your booking reference number ready when contacting us.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Rescheduling

Prefer to reschedule rather than cancel? We are happy to move your booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your experience to arrange a change.

Special Circumstances

In cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, please contact us directly. We handle each situation individually and will always do our best to find a fair solution.
