A Brief History of Gedikpasa Hammam
Gedikpasa Hammam was built in 1475 by the grand vizier Gedik Ahmed Pasha, to the design of the architect Mimar Hayrettin — only about two decades after the Ottoman conquest of Istanbul, which makes it one of the oldest hammams still in use in the city. Cool Experience!
Cool experience that I would recommend to first timers to Istanbul. Considering this is a historic hammam I personally felt it was worth the price point to be able to check that off the travel bucket list. Therapist was accommodating and manager was attentive, however reception needs to warm up considering she is the primary staff in the lobby/reception

Turkish Bath
It is my first experience of my Turkish bath. It is interesting and I like the scrub with the foam and some massage. I like the massage and how attentive the therapist. Overall it is a good one. Also the architecture is beautiful and it bring me back to the old age of Turkish. Would recommend it to my friends again.
