A Brief History of Gedikpasa Hammam
Gedikpasa Hammam was built in 1475 by the grand vizier Gedik Ahmed Pasha, to the design of the architect Mimar Hayrettin — only about two decades after the Ottoman conquest of Istanbul, which makes it one of the oldest hammams still in use in the city. Kalsan was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and made my first Turkish bath something I will always remember.The historical atmosphere made the experience even more special and authentic. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and so glad I chose this place. Very nice experience. It was our first time. A great moment for me and my adult daughter. What an experience. We made turkish bath with massage, plus foot massage and face mask, We recomend.Chidem is a very nice and kind lady who made the treatment to me. And Turkam made my daughter’s, very nice too.
