A Brief History of Gedikpasa Hammam
Gedikpasa Hammam was built in 1475 by the grand vizier Gedik Ahmed Pasha, to the design of the architect Mimar Hayrettin — only about two decades after the Ottoman conquest of Istanbul, which makes it one of the oldest hammams still in use in the city. Very pleasedmmmm
First of all there is an excellent architecture , the moment you step inside you feel like you belong to another world. The welcome and the staff were extremely friendly and modern. I can say the decoration and lighting I loved take you to the 1500s. If we come to the hammam I came out lighted like a bird, my therapist curious lady surprised me with professionalism because it was perfectly cared for somebody with the back of the museum.The space was perfect for me to have very hygienic and single-use towels and sweaters . I would definitely recommend you experience a place that deserves every penny of my money.

Money thrown away, scam
Very bad experience 15 minutes lying on the marble slab and a mere 18 minutes between super soft scrub and sparse soap, I expected a real bath to Turkish but here non-existent that yes 70 euros thrown away for a service of about 35 minutesI don’t doubt there are others who are up to it
